Los Jazz CompadresThree gentlemen. One purpose. Develop a love and appreciation of music and culture. David Rosario (from Puerto Rico), Leo Saenz (from Mexico), and Chris White (from Chicago) are long-time friends who share their gifts with each other, and with the community serving across various Latin-inspired bands. They each play a variety of instruments through their many talents. They work with youth and adults, teaching musical theory and knowledge as well as inspiring adults through the bright lights of Dallas and Fort Worth.
CE is super grateful that Los Jazz Compadres was able to come to all of our lunches on Friday, September 30th to play for our students and families. It created a unique way to not only celebrate Hispanic Heritage month, but also expose our students and families to another genre of music.
